In Judi's classes, you will learn the fundamentals of several very ancient practices that are all facets of the same gem. Many students choose a weekly practice in Tai Chi or Qigong, often choosing to get a more comprehensive and enriching experience by taking both. All of the exersises and philosophies taught are easy to incorporate into your daily life and can be very powerful healing tools for the mind, body and spirit. A foundation in Yang-style Tai Chi helps people of all ages with balance, coordination and concentration. Tai Chi is taught in slow, relaxed movements that are simple and graceful. People who practice this ancient Chinese art develop healthy bodies and alert, sharp minds. Tai Chi is often called a moving meditation, and has long been known as a way to promote health and longevity.
